This class presents the minimum 24 hours required to certify both part 46 or part 48 of MSHA regulations.  This is typically presented in a 2 day 12 hour schedule.

This uses a unique blend of classroom instruction, audio/visual computer use, virtual videos/presentations, fatalgram studies, and interactive tests/quizzes to facilitate the 24 Hours of carefully tracked training.  The student will affirm via written statement that the 24 hours have been completed in full prior to the 5000-23 training verification form  being issued.

The instructor is available to fully answer any questions during this presentation of the material by the attendees in the session.

This class presents the minimum 8 hours required to renew both part 46 or part 48 of MSHA regulations.

This uses a unique blend of classroom instruction, audio/visual computer use, virtual videos/presentations, fatalgram studies, and interactive tests/quizzes to facilitate the 8 Hours of carefully tracked training.  This must be completed within a year of your prior training.  The student will affirm via written statement that the 8 hours have been completed in full prior to the 5000-23 refresher training verification form being issued.

Web Based Hazmat/RCRA/Manifest Signers Course 

Covers all applicable regulations for working with Hazardous Materials, RCRA policies, and allows individuals to sign off on Hazardous Wastes for the purpose of shipping.  This includes completing the paperwork and labeling the containers.  Proper segregation of wastes and all Safety aspects will be covered to make sure everyone involved remains informed and safe.  This course can be entered and exited as needed and does not need to be completed in a single setting.  The certificate will be issued at the end of the course and is valid for 3 years.
